What ages do you accept?
We offer classes for dancers 18 months and up.
Do you accept new students year-round?
Yes — enrollment is open year-round.
Do you offer beginner classes?
Yes. Many dancers start with no prior experience.
Do you offer competitive teams?
Yes. We offer Mini, Pre-Pro, Pro, Acro, and Pom teams.
Do you offer adult classes?
Yes — Adult Ballet and Adult Aerial Silks are available.
Do you have a special needs program?
Yes. Our EveryBODY Dances Program is inclusive and supportive.

Studio Operations & Communication Asked Questions
What is your inclement weather policy?
Central Arkansas Dance Center follows Conway Public School closures for inclement weather. When Conway Public Schools are closed due to weather, the studio will also be closed. Because weather-related closures are unforeseen, makeup classes are not offered for inclement weather cancellations.
Can I opt out of photos and videos?
Yes. Parents may opt out of media usage at any time by emailing the studio to revoke consent. Unless notified otherwise, Central Arkansas Dance Center may use class or event photos and videos for social media and promotional purposes.
How will I receive studio updates and reminders?
We communicate with families through the Dance StudioPro Parent Portal and group messaging apps. Please make sure your contact information is always up to date so you don’t miss important announcements, reminders, or schedule updates.
What are the rules for drop-off and pick-up?
For safety reasons, parents must stay with their dancer until class begins. Pick-up should happen immediately after class ends. Children must remain in the lobby and wait to be escorted to their car—students should never leave the building alone.
What behavior is expected in the studio?
Students are expected to arrive on time, wear proper attire, and treat instructors and fellow dancers with respect. Studio equipment should only be used as directed by staff to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Can my child bring snacks or drinks to class?
Only water is permitted inside the dance studios. Food and snacks must remain in the lobby area. No gum is allowed during class.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due during the first week of each studio month. Exact due dates are listed on the studio calendar. A $25 late fee will be automatically applied to overdue accounts.
Are refunds available for missed classes?
No refunds are given for missed classes. However, if the studio receives at least 24 hours’ notice, your dancer may attend a makeup class. Makeup classes must be completed within two weeks of the missed class.
What fees should I expect?
Registration fees, recital fees, and costume fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative costs and production expenses associated with your dancer’s participation.
How do I withdraw from a class?
To withdraw from a class, please email a written notice to the studio at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Tuition will continue to be billed until official notice is received and processed.
